Wearing a mask all day affects the way we breathe, and our breath can affect how we see out of our glasses.
So today, Dr Zoë Cruse tells us how yoga breathing exercises and taking a moment to focus on your breath can help with the restrictive effects of wearing your mask all day, and Dr David Sorrell has a little trick for preventing your mask causing fogging of the glasses.
